About LinCoSci

I built LinCoSci after working across research and scientific coordination roles, where I repeatedly saw how much value is lost not because of a lack of innovation, but because of a lack of structured access to the right people, opportunities, and contexts within the ecosystem.

Scientific Foundation & Research Background

My scientific background is rooted in biomedical research within the **Max Planck Society**, where I completed my PhD at the **Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research** and continued as a postdoctoral researcher at the **Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine**.

My core scientific focus centered on organ-specific cellular interactions across the heart, lung, and brain, with results published in various broad-impact journals.

Ecosystem Representation & Leadership

Alongside my research, I have held leadership and representation roles within the scientific community. I served as spokesperson for the Biology and Medical Section of the **Max Planck PostdocNet Steering Group** and as an external postdoctoral representative at the **Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine**.

In these positions, I focused systematically on communication and collaboration dynamics between separate institutes, active researchers, and external industrial stakeholders. These roles deeply shaped my practical understanding of how the ecosystem functions on the ground, and how often critical commercial connections are left implicit rather than structurally leveraged.
